Resumo: A agricultura brasileira esteve sujeita a processos modernizadores que transformaram as dinâmicas produtivas do campo, favorecendo a expansão da produção de commodities agrícolas no interior do território brasileiro e ressaltando a importância da logística na efetivação dos circuitos espaciais de produção de grãos. Associado a isso,um novo conjunto de objetos e ações implantou novos sistemas técnicos e normativosque possibilitam a criação e modernização de infraestruturas de transporte e armazenamento, necessárias às recentes demandas de fluidez territorial de produtos agrícolas. Nesse sentido, as unidades armazenadoras têm sido diversificadas, com prioridade para aconservação adequada e circulação de commodities como a soja e o milho, grãos de suma importância para a agropecuária no país devido a seu grande consumo nos mercados interno e externo. No entanto, a distribuição territorial do armazenamento de grãos é desigual e não acompanha o crescimento produtivo desses grãos no território nacional. O armazenamento de grãos se estrutura de maneira seletiva, com a atuação de empresas em cooperação com o Estado, que modificou seu papel de intervenção econômica e política, compartilhando a regulação do sistema de armazenamento com corporações nacionais e transnacionais do agronegócio, em detrimento do controle de armazéns no território e aumentoda dependência técnica e econômica de produtores rurais na utilização das infraestruturas de armazenagem. A atuação estatal recente por meio da Companhia Nacional de Abastecimento ¿ CONAB indica esforços no sentido de concretizar políticas agrícolas e programas de abastecimento voltados à agricultura familiar, cooperativas e associações de produtores rurais, o que demanda iniciativas mais abrangentes que possibilitem a expansão do sistema de armazenamento de grãos e uma logística em favor não somente dos agentes hegemônicos, mas também dos pequenos produtores no território brasileiro.
Abstract: The Brazilian agriculture has been passing through modernizing processes that transform the productive dynamic field, supporting the agricultural commodities productions expansion in the inland of the Brazilian territory and pointing out the importance of the logistics in the realization of spatial circuits of grain production. Connected to it, a new set of objects and actions generated new technical and regulatory systems that allow the creation and modernization of transportation and storage infrastructure, necessary to recent territorial fluidity of agricultural products. Accordingly, the storage units have been diversified, giving priority to the appropriate conservation and commodities circulation such as soy and corn, very important grains to the agriculture in the country due to its large consumptionin the internal and external markets. However, the territorial distribution of the grains storage is uneven and doesn¿t follow the grain productions development in the National territory. The grain storage constitutes on a selective way, with the companies cooperation with the State, that modified its role of economical and political intervention, sharing the regulation of the storage system with national and trading companies of the agribusiness, in the same time of the warehouses control reduction in the territory and the increase of the technical and economical dependence of the farmers in the use of the storage infrastructure.The recent action of the State through the National Supply Company ¿ Companhia Nacional de Abastecimento ¿ CONAB indicates efforts to implement agricultural policies and supply programs to familiar agriculture, co-op and associations of farmers, that brings about larger actions that allow the expansion of the grain storage system in a territorial logistic not only in favor of the hegemonic agents, but also for the small farmers in the Brazilian territory Ver menos
