Abstract: Throughout the years 2000s the brazilian working Market went through several modifications that, even after de financial crisis in the years of 2008 and 2009, ended up to improve the working conditions for the general population. However the asymmetries in the manners of inclusion and the earnings among occupied people continue to happen as some groups continue to suffer from discrimination and keep on working in inferior situations. By examining the situation of inclusion of black people in the working environment this work verified that their disadvantage is still very big and cronical. We perceived that the differences between blacks and non blacks manifests on the occupation rate, unemployement rate, degree of occupational vulnerability and risk of child labor. That disadvantage diminished a little throughout the past decade. Also we verified which Brazilian states the racial inequality is higher and the ones where it is lower. Therefore, in spite of The Agenda of the Decent Work, which was issued by the Lula administration in 2003, that has as a goal of making the working market more equal and fare for people, shows a governmental concern in the way of eliminating the racial discrimination in the work environment, the problem size is still way too big
