Resumo: Ao longo dos anos, diversas abordagens defendem um ensino do esporte mais representativo, em especial o futebol. Assim, utilizar o jogo como uma ferramenta pedagógica passou a ser um dos pontos chaves para a formação de jogadores criativos. A Pedagogia do Jogo (PJ) é uma abordagem/modelo, inspirada tanto na pedagogia quanto no futebol de rua, que prioriza o ensino intencional de conteúdos por meio do jogo. Entretanto, no decorrer da sessão de treino, é possível que em determinado momento as atividades se afastem do conteúdo original, logo o treinador necessitará realizar intervenções apropriadas a fim de enfatizar o conteúdo previamente estabelecido ou potencializá-lo. Logo, a presente dissertação tem como objetivo investigar a intervenção pedagógica do treinador no futebol, de modo a compreender quais estratégias os treinadores mais utilizam para modificar a atividade e como estas interferem no comportamento do jogador. Para alcançar esse objetivo, a dissertação foi organizada em 4 capítulos. No capítulo I, apresentamos a relação da proposta didático-metodológica da Pedagogia do Jogo com o paradigma da complexidade. No capítulo II, destacamos as estratégias de intervenção que podem ser utilizadas durante a sessão de treino. No capítulo III, evidenciamos resultados práticos sobre a intervenção pedagógica do treinado no ambiente de treino. Já no capítulo IV, discutimos como diferentes estratégias de intervenção impactam o comportamento do jogador. Portanto, destacamos que independentemente do tipo de intervenção, a mesma deve priorizar um conteúdo específico, pois trata-se de um pré-requisito para um ambiente de ensino. Abstract: Over the years, several approaches advocate a more representative sport teaching, especially football. Thus, using the game as a pedagogical tool has become one of the key points for the formation of creative players. The Pedagogy of the Game (PJ) is an approach/model, inspired by both pedagogy and street football, which prioritizes the intentional teaching of content through the game. However, during the training session, it is possible that at a given moment the activities deviate from the original content, so the coach will need to carry out appropriate interventions in order to emphasize the previously established content or to enhance it. Therefore, the present dissertation aims to investigate the pedagogical intervention of the coach in football, in order to understand which strategies coaches use the most to modify the activity and how they interfere in the player's behavior. To achieve this objective, the dissertation was organized into 4 chapters. In chapter I, we present the relationship between the didactic-methodological proposal of Pedagogy of the Game and the paradigm of complexity. In chapter II, we highlight the intervention strategies that can be used during the training session. In chapter III, we show practical results on the pedagogical intervention of the trainee in the training environment. In Chapter IV, we discussed how different intervention strategies impact player behavior. Therefore, we emphasize that regardless of the type of intervention, it must prioritize specific content, as it is a prerequisite for a teaching environment.
