Resumo: Site-specific, espaços não-convencionais, espaços alternativos…dentre as diversas terminologias que surgiram em diferentes períodos nas artes, em resposta ao momento que a sociedade atravessava, nos deparamos hoje com uma nova experiência sobre corpo e espaço. Em decorrência da pandemia causada pelo vírus da COVID-19, e a necessidade do isolamento social, foi através do espaço virtual, que as atividades seguiram seu curso durante os anos de 2020-2021. Hoje estamos vivendo uma experiência híbrida, presos entre um vírus infeccioso e avanços médicos que nos deram mais liberdade social. Nessa realidade, passamos a depender de soluções digitais, retornando às atividades presenciais. Nossa capacidade sensorial lembra mundo destemido e irrestrito que tinge o tempo presente com jornadas imaginativas de readaptação e sobrevivência. Transitamos entre os espaços reais, virtuais e imaginários, a todo momento, e nestes atravessamentos, questionamos sobre as relações do corpo nestes espaços. Esta mesa temática, do grupo de pesquisa Cia Domínio Público, liderado pela profa. Dra. Holly Cavrell, busca refletir sobre como os artistas da cena entendem e seguem digerindo o corpo nestes diferentes espaços, sendo atravessados pelo contexto sociocultural e histórico que vivemos. Os seguintes relatos são sobre as apresentações do grupo de pesquisa "Domínio Público" no IX Seminário Mario Santana no dia 23 de agosto de 2022. Presentes no grupo foram a Profa. Abstract: Site-specific, unconventional spaces, alternative venues are among the various terminologies that emerged in different periods in the arts, in response to the moment and the social/political contexts encountered during that time. Today we are faced with a new experience about body and space. Result of the pandemic caused by the COVID-19 virus, and the need for social isolation, it was only through virtual space that allowed for activities to follow their course during the years 2020-2021. Today we are living a hybrid experience, still caught between an infectious virus and medical advances that have given us more social freedom. In this reality, we have come to continue to depend on digital solutions, while also returning to face-to-face activities. Our sensory ability to remember a fearless and unrestricted world that paints the present time with imaginative journeys of readaptation and survival. We move between real, virtual and imaginary spaces at all times and, in these crossings, we question how the body relates to these spaces. This thematic panel, from the research group Cia Dominio Público, led by Prof. Dr. Holly Cavrell, seeks to reflect on how performing artists understand and continue to experiment the body in these different spaces, while all along being affected by the sociocultural and historical context we live in.
