Resumo: O presente estudo tem por objetivo mapear e analisar formas pelas quais o racismo afeta as dimensões sociais, culturais, simbólicas e psíquicas que atravessam/produzem bucalidades de pessoas negras; e discutir como a construção da noção de bucalidades negras pode orientar as ações de atenção à saúde bucal e de promoção de bucalidades saudáveis de pessoas negras. Para tal, usamos o seguinte método qualitativo de coleta de dados: entrevistas individuais abertas com seis membros do Movimento Negro Unificado de Campinas. O material das entrevistas foi transcrito e foi utilizada a "técnica" de análise episódica, criada por Grada Kilomba, para analisar e elaborar os capítulos desta dissertação. Emaranhado a essa "técnica", foram utilizados contos elaborados com inspiração nas entrevistas, como recurso que sustenta a liberdade de ficcionalização em um compromisso que se refere à "energia da imagem" e aos sentimentos presentes nos relatos das/os entrevistadas/os. Como Produto Técnico foi realizado, com representantes do movimento negro e acadêmica/os das áreas de saúde bucal coletiva/bucalidades e de racismo, uma roda de conversa a partir de temas emergentes das entrevistas, articulados sob a perspectiva mais geral da noção de bucalidades negras, uma noção ainda não existente, para cuja construção esta pesquisa pretende lançar as pistas iniciais. Com base nas entrevistas foi produzido quatro mapas que articulam pares de bucalidades emergentes na pesquisa: a bucalidade invisibilizada e a bucalidade hipervisibilizada; a bucalidade silenciada e a bucalidade entrincheirada ou belicosa; a bucalidade deserotizada e a bucalidade hipersexualizada; a bucalidade adoecida e a bucalidade em busca de uma cura (este último par foi apresentado na forma de "Considerações finais"). A partir desses mapas, foi possível perceber o quanto o racismo incide nas bucalidades de pessoas negras impedindo que as mesmas sejam plenas. Da mesma forma, encontramos nas próprias falas dos entrevistados caminhos através das africanidades que podem auxiliar no processo de cura. Espera-se que a dissertação permita compreender melhor como o racismo afeta as bucalidades de pessoas negras, impactando no processo saúde doença. Desse modo, espera-se também que este trabalho possa oferecer subsídios para refletir sobre a interface entre a Política Nacional de Saúde Integral da População Negra e a Política Nacional de Saúde Bucal, para assim, avançar no desenvolvimento da atenção à saúde integral da população negra Ver menos

Abstract: The present study aims to map and analyze the ways in which racism affects the social, cultural, symbolic and psychic dimensions that permeate/produce the "buccalities" of black people; and discuss how the construction of the notion of black "buccalities" can guide oral health care actions and the promotion of healthy "buccalities" among black people. To this end, we used the following qualitative data collection method: open individual interviews with six members of the Unified Black Movement of Campinas. The material from the interviews was transcribed and the "technique" of episodic analysis, created by Grada Kilomba, was used to analyze and prepare the chapters of this dissertation. Entangled with this "technique", short stories prepared with inspiration from the interviews were used, as a resource that supports the freedom of fictionalization in a commitment that refers to the "energy of the image" and to the feelings present in the reports of the interviewees. As a Technical Product, with representatives of the black movement and academics from the areas of collective oral health/oralities and racism, a round of conversations was carried out based on themes emerging from the interviews, articulated from the more general perspective of the notion of black "buccalities", a notion that does not yet exist, for the construction of which this research intends to lay the initial clues. Based on the interviews, four maps were produced that articulate pairs of "bucalities" emerging in the research: the invisible "bucality" and the hypervisibilized "bucality"; the silenced "bucality" and the entrenched or bellicose "bucality"; the deeroticized "bucality" and the hypersexualized "bucality"; the sick "bucality" and "bucality" in search of a cure (this last pair was presented in the form of "Final considerations"). From these maps, it was possible to see how much racism affects the "bucalities" of black people, preventing them from being full. In the same way, we found in the interviewees' own statements paths through Africanities that can help in the healing process. It is hoped that the dissertation will allow us to better understand how racism affects the the "buccalities" of black people, impacting the health-disease process. In this way, it is also hoped that this work can offer subsidies to reflect on the interface between the National Policy for Comprehensive Health of the Black Population and the National Policy for Oral Health, in order to advance the development of comprehensive health care for the population Ver menos
