Resumo: Esta pesquisa visa examinar as fronteiras e intersecções entre arte, história e direito, ao analisar caminhos interpretativos para compreender os reflexos contínuos da ditadura militar brasileira no tempo presente. Por meio da criação de trabalhos artísticos, abordo os variados aspectos do período e destaco a influência persistente da ditadura no imaginário social brasileiro. Proponho uma reflexão sobre as memórias do autoritarismo que transcende a dimensão simbólica, com enfoque na análise documental e testemunhal. Este estudo é composto por cinco trabalhos artísticos de minha autoria, elaborados através de processos gráficos. Utilizando procedimentos associados à gravura, estratégias de edição de imagens, arquivos e materialidades, questiono a narrativa de progresso e a normalidade institucional propagada durante e após o regime. A pesquisa destaca a decodificação dos elementos culturais e valores promovidos pelo governo ditatorial, bem como a persistência de representações e afetos ligados ao período, como o de otimismo e o de frustração. Abstract: This research aims to examine the boundaries and intersections between art, history and law by analyzing interpretive paths to understand the continuous effects of the Brazilian military dictatorship in the present time. Through the creation of artistic works, I address the varied aspects of the period and highlight the persistent influence of the dictatorship on the Brazilian collective consciousness. I propose a reflection on the memories of authoritarianism that transcends the symbolic dimension, emphasizing documentary and testimonial analysis. This study comprises five artistic works of my authorship, crafted through graphic processes. Using techniques associated with printmaking, image editing strategies, archives, and materialities, I challenge the narrative of progress and institutional normality propagated during and after the regime. The research emphasizes the decoding of cultural elements and values promoted by the dictatorial government, as well as the persistence of representations and sentiments linked to the period, such as optimism and frustration.
