The anisotropical properties of the tendon collagen impregnated with silver and gold were quantitatively investigated. Large variations, inversion oi the ADB curve and lack of relationship between the inflection point of the ADB curve and the absorption maxima were found. Les auteurs ont étudiés les propriétés anisotropiques du collagene tendineux aprês imprégnation par l'argent et 1'0r. Ils ont trouvé beaucoup de variations, l'inversion des courbes ADB et l'absence de corrélation entre le point d'inflexion de Ia courbe ADB et le maximum d'absorption.
