Title: 3d Isotropic To Via Parametrization

Abstract: This paper shows the possibility to achieve 3D isotropic transformation optics via parametrization and numerical optimization. A cylindrical waveguide bend is used to test the method. A negligible anisotropy was obtained for the media which omission does not affect mode propagation.
